Shubham designed a compact, multi-stage treatment process incorporating screening, settling, chemical treatment, clarification, disinfection, and final filtration.

STAGE 1

Primary & Equalization

Components: Screening, Oil & Grease Removal, Septic Tank, Collection Tank

Purpose: Remove coarse solids and grease, buffer flow rates, and homogenize incoming grey water quality.

STAGE 2

Chemical & Settling

Components: Coagulant Dosing, Tube Settler, Chlorine Contact Tank

Purpose: Destabilize colloidal particles chemically, clarify through sedimentation, and disinfect pathogen activity.

STAGE 3

Advanced Filtration

Components: Multi-Media Filtration Systems, Safe Discharge

Purpose: Perform final physical filtration to reduce TSS to compliance levels prior to safe drainage.
